Charlotte Richardson: I recently accepted a challenge: Take your age (51) and write down that many things you love about yourself. I got stuck on 13. My first thought: How had I fallen out of love with myself?? My second thought: How can I expect anyone to love me if I don't love myself?? Time to unpack this bullshit and get back to loving the coolest person I know.....me!
